Please work with your showrooms to ensure they have basic professionalism. I have been calling for last 3 days- executive to manager no one is picking calls. Finally decided to cancel booking and now they are delaying that too.

My current ordr- was updated after ordering that it would be delivered only after another order. This affects quality and is a service deficiency since it wasn’t disclosed beforehand

The amount of stress to complete a regular service with a service centre is pathetic!

Maruti had a much better feedback and respnse mechanism earlier. Nw no one cares, and the srvc centres are taking customers for a ride with fraudulent practices.
