@TheAuthorGuy@cwebbonline I was a corporate lawyer for almost 40 years and I got hoarse telling clients that MOUโs were generally unenforceable and mostly useless. The folks who pushed for them anyway were salespeople who wanted to make it look like theyโd done something.
