OK, I'm going to tell you a story. Pre-internet. So I studied electrical engineering in college. Dropped out after my third year but took all the classes. I was desperate for a job about a month from losing my apartment. Found a great job for a bench test technician, but they required a degree. One of which I did not have.
So I went to Kinko's and with a little creativity found a college that went out of business. I had a diploma made with the seal, set up a voicemail from a area code where that college was at when they closed. When you called it was the admissions office to verify degrees. Which was me. I knew I could do the job, but could not even get the chance with out that paper. I applied, they "verified" my degree which was actually me talking to HR. I worked there for 3 years and actually won awards for my skills. Including solving a problem that 15 other engineers could not solve.
They need to find people that have the skills, those always don't come with degrees.

@Kirsten_Tanis1 It's hard for the QB to make up for a bad QB coach, OC, Head Coach and Ownership.
Every one of those guys will blame Fields before they look in the mirror.
