All this dbdtwt cake outrage reminds me how disingenuous & addicted the player base is. Everyone seems so up in arms, yet concurrent player count shows the game doing great (even reaching an all-time peak!)

I love dead by daylight and it has given me so much, but for the love of god, please stop playing it incessantly for hours on end if it isn't your job. There is more to life than getting a 4k or escaping a trial, especially in a non-skill based game with no competitive mode. Death is not an escape, and neither is Dead by Daylight.
