@GreyhoundBus literally had to use the emergency exit to let air in. It’s Texas, this is hot air. No bueno. We all sweated out butts off. Definitely not a vehicle conducive for a “3hr” trip. Need this acknowledged and issued a full refund. Really bad example set here.

@GreyhoundBus my bus from SA to Houston took 6hrs😡. The bus was filthy, there was no AC or WiFi. I payed for a reserved seat and driver refused to enforce that on the trip. Multiple arguments transpired throughout trip and multiple unscheduled stops. Need a FULL refund asap.
