@virginmedia My contract is about to expire and I'm no longer renewing but anytime I call the number sent to me via email, your agent refuse to heed my request and are very forceful. I don't want to renew.... Is that a problem? I would like to raise a complaint about that also.

Using @virginmedia is the worst mistake I've ever made. They don't know what your accurate bills are and takes ages to respond to complaints. I can't wait for my FRL so I can go straight to the @financialombuds. Very horrible service.
@virginmedia It's not a non-pay. You guys mixed the bill up. Your complaints team is in the process of rectifying it and applied a discount on Friday. I responded to the email on Friday and there has been no response till you cut me off this morning. This is disgusting behaviour.
@virginmedia No, I haven't. My house is the same. My devices haven't increased but all of a sudden, I can't get WiFi in my kitchen which is next to the living room. It's almost as if the WiFi reach was decreased.
@virginmedia Why is it so hard to reach your customer service? My WiFi has been bad and spotty for over a week and all I keep getting is a bot telling me to restart my hub or sending me a link over sms. I need this sorted ASAP.
