@AmericanAir @DFWAirport 4.5 hour delay from DFW to AUS due to maintenance, then pilot timing out, the next pilot cancelling, and now waiting on next pilot. Told to go to customer service across the terminal to make changes and had some rude agent there yell at me “WE’RE CLOSED!”
