So... default reaction for grain traders a year ago... Tariffs are bearish! Default reaction for traders today... Getting rid of tariffs is bearish! Not saying I know how we react to all this. But I'm old enough to remember when uncertainty was occasionally bullish.
Currently the estimates coming out of Brazil and Argentina are pointing to record large crops, but weather has not been ideal recently in all growing areas which could still affect the total outcome. More in blog post:
