@tuckers35 It isn't just how the refs call the games (though admittedly the inconsistency is a huge problem) but the rule itself is written very poorly. It's so subjective and allows for "I don't think he meant it" to be a reason to not give obvious handballs. It's absurd.

@amjushere None of those show them draping an arm over the goalie's arms to keep them down. The one that was most obviously a foul lead to a goal kick so there was no reason for VAR to intervene. I agree referees need to do a better job with this but pretending these are the same is mad.
