@UPS_UK Parcel was supposed to be delivered on Fri. Received a delay notification but still no update and just get directed back to the tracker which says an update will follow asap. This was supposed to be next day delivery. Can someone please assist

@Se_Railway Thanks. I think the most annoying aspect was that the update to say it was actually calling at London Bridge came as the train was leaving. No staff to ask and no announcement.

@Se_Railway what’s going on with your departure displays this morning? 854 from Petts wood finishing at Charing x. Then says it terminates at new x then London Bridge before finally saying it is going to Charing x after all but by that time the train had left!
