I just found something interesting hidden on the SpaceX website

It’s a live Dragon docking simulator where you try docking with the ISS yourself
And really… this game is way trickier than it looks
You think it’ll be simple until the capsule starts drifting sideways and rotating at the same time 😭
Made me realize how insanely precise real docking actually is. The controls, timing, movement… everything has to be perfect
Been using Grok Build these past few days, and the thing that really got me hooked is Imagine and Imagine Video.
I built a full dinosaur encyclopedia site — every image, every video clip on it, all generated by Grok itself. One prompt: "build a dinosaur encyclopedia site, generate matching images and videos, add them in" — visuals, video, copy, layout, the whole thing done in one flow. No jumping between a dozen tools.
It's perfect for building science and education sites for kids — dinosaurs, space, animals, history, geography… Grok generates vivid visuals and videos that make knowledge way easier to grasp, more visual, more fun.
Carl Jung once said that one of the most destructive forces a person can carry is unused creative energy. if you have something in you that wants to be made and you keep refusing to make it, that energy does not just go away. it turns inward and starts working against you.
The brain doesn't forget because neurons die. They just go dark. And one protein controls the switch. Insane find:
Researchers at UCSF screened every protein that changes in the aging hippocampus. One stood out: FTL1, a ferritin subunit your doctor already measures in routine bloodwork.
When they removed it from old mice, the animals didn't just stop declining. Synapses regrew. Memory recovered. The mechanism is almost elegant in how brutal it is: excess ferritin traps iron in a form mitochondria can't use → ATP drops → synapses starve and go silent. The neuron doesn't die. It just disconnects.
Most aging research sells you "delay." This paper, published in Nature Aging, demonstrated bidirectional reversal - increase FTL1 in young mice, they age. Remove it from old mice, they recover.
Human trials are still away. But the protein accumulates in the same region of human Alzheimer's brains, and serum ferritin already correlates with cognitive decline across multiple large studies. The mouse finding isn't happening in a vacuum.
@high_life826 The bug Grebennikov found to make his levitating platform work was the Jewel Beetle. The opalescence shimmer is Bismuth, the most dielectric material in the world. The mm holes in the wings are magnetrons (for real) that allow them to levitate & move.

xAI’s recent release wave has been insane
Most people still think Grok is just a chatbot
But over the last few weeks, xAI has been turning Grok into a full AI operating layer:
• Grok Build early beta — an agentic CLI for coding, apps, and workflows
• Grok Voice Think Fast 1.0 — advanced voice agents for real-world support and sales
• Grok Imagine Quality Mode — higher realism, stronger text rendering, better creative control
• Grok in Hermes Agent — use your Grok subscription inside an open-source persistent agent
• Grok in OpenClaw — chat, images, video generation, X search, and agent workflows
• Grok in OpenCode — high-speed codebase intelligence
• Grok Skills — persistent expertise for docs, decks, spreadsheets, PDFs, and custom workflows
• Grok Connectors — Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, GitHub, Notion, Linear, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and custom MCP
• Custom Voices — clone and manage voices for TTS and Voice Agent APIs
• Grok Imagine Agent Mode — cinematic creation workflows with more control over characters and scenes
This time, xAI is not just shipping model updates
It is building the full stack around Grok:
chat, coding, voice, images, video, agents, connectors, files, workflows, and API infrastructure
A full AI operating layer
Excited to share our newly improved website for @xai. We overhauled every page to better showcase our various models and products, and help developers, enterprises and users get started quickly.

Happy Friday everybody!
Here's one of the creature illustrations for my Dungeon Delving storybook (ghouls) and an excerpt from that section.
Note that this is not the layout format for the book, just part of the story and monster development.
We are improving the 0.5T Grok foundation model V8 (public version 4.3) every few days.
The 1.5T V9 just finished training (incorrectly called pre-training) and is a major upgrade. Next, we are adding the Cursor data in supplemental training (others call this mid-training), then SFT and RL. About 3 or 4 weeks to release.
This will be a banger.
What happened at Ollantaytambo?
Mainstream archeologists say this is all the work of the Bronze Age Inca.
I travelled to the Sacred Valley in Peru to show you why this doesn't make sense.
