In order to support capital punishment, one must accept a few basic premises:
- Human value is circumstantial, not inherent.
- One possesses value only with the permission of the collective.
- The right to life, along with all other rights, are subject to fallible authority.
@RealCandaceO He does have one thing going for him: he is, by far, the best candidate in the race. It’s not even close.
I know Republicans don’t care much these days about qualities like leadership, intellect, and fortitude, so maybe DeSantis is doomed after all.
Returning to Twitter to let you all know that, despite leading the world in gun ownership per capita, the US doesn’t even crack the top 20 in gun deaths per capita.
This includes suicide by firearm, which is responsible for the vast majority of gun deaths here.
They’re lying.
@richieaprilie1 I agree. I’ve already won 45 of those PGA thingies. They were pretty easy. Captains choice tournaments (LIV EVENTS) are much tougher with such stronger fields. I haven’t even won one yet 🤦♂️
Leaders like Governor DeSantis, Senator Marco Rubio, and Senator Rick Scott are all opposed to banning assault weapons.
And to me, it's simple.
If you can’t support banning weapons of war on America’s streets, you’re not on the side of police.
My wife and I plan on adopting, in addition to having children naturally. If, God forbid, we are not able to naturally reproduce, we will only adopt. I do not feel it is appropriate to leave the kids in the system while we spend thousands of dollars for IVF. Am I wrong?
Pro-life Twitter fam, I need some thoughts from you.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the morality if IVF/surrogacy recently, and I’d love some sources or ideas so I can further my understanding.
I simply cannot shake the feeling that it is unreasonable, or perhaps immoral, to take on the logistical, financial, and ethical burdens that accompany IVF while children sit in the system and wait to be adopted. It just feels wrong.
Reminder that the Democrat party supported slavery, segregation, Jim Crow, the KKK, and eugenics, and still supports abortion, critical race theory, and affirmative action.
Keep that in mind when they call you racist.
@KaylaBell347 Just reassure her the best you can that limitations on abortions will not affect a doctor’s ability to help in the rare case of a pregnancy-related medical emergency.
Virtually every pro-life law written today makes that expressly clear in its language. Prayers with you!
@KaylaBell347 There has never been a medically necessary abortion. The cases the pro-aborts cite are procedures outside of the scope of abortion, like ectopic pregnancies or a septic uterus.
The purpose of these procedures is to save the mother, not kill the child. A distinction exists.
Abortion is the most explicit example of Western, modern racism in existence. Black babies have a 40% chance of being aborted. In some cities, that number is over 50%.
The black population has been in the crosshairs of the Left forever. Let them live, for God’s sake.
Rape is illegal, you nitwit. As for the vast majority of abortions, the sex was consensual. Killing for convenience is a crime against humanity, literally.
Trump should get credit for his appointments. It is also true that, had another Republican won in 2016, the same or comparable justices would still be on the court.
Let me get this straight:
The Supreme Court says states cannot decide how to regulate guns—yet only the states can decide how to regulate a woman’s body.
Finally they can close that hideous abortion clinic down the street. I’ve looked at it my whole life. I pass it every day. I will throw a party when I see the windows boarded up.
Nebraska Legislature - get to work.
