@c2c_Rail not sure whether you can help? I’m attempting to collect/print tickets for a journey on Monday, at Limehouse. Machine is broken and it said speak to customer service. The man was extremely rude and not helpful in any way. He was on his phone texting with his feet up 1/2
When I asked him the question he said to just walk through don’t worry. I told him it’s next week and he said “whatever”. I asked him when the machine would be fixed? He replied “dunno” and carried using his phone, shrugging his shoulders. What a waste of time. 2/2
