I hope all the people who bashed and criticized Derek Carr for years are happy now.
Like I always said, Derek Carr was the one constant, stable presence in a dysfunctional organization.
He never complained, always said the right things and gave it his all.

#Ravens GM Eric DeCosta told @MikeSilver that at No. 14 he believed he had a trade in place that would’ve kept Baltimore in the teens while adding extra 4th-round picks in each of the next two drafts, but once on the clock, the other team unexpectedly backed out and altered the terms, leading the Ravens to pass on the deal.
Baltimore had three players they liked on the board: TE Kenyon Sadiq, DE Rueben Bain, and G Vega Ioane, who they ultimately selected.
This is a great read on the Ravens: https://t.co/jjba1YR2Us
Exactly. Being skeptical is cool, but picking players that need to be developed is fine (especially in the 3rd round and later). Hopefully this staff is actually good.
I understand not liking every pick but the crash outs are absolutely hilarious. Best part is the most upset people haven’t taken a second to even research the player they’re crashing out over
From story:
-Rams quietly plotted as to not out McVay approval stamp that could increase interest
-McVay 'absolutely' backed pick. Sources make sense of press conference demeanor
-Makai Lemon 'definitely' considered
-Stafford happy with current weapons
-Garoppolo retirement a factor, team tried to sign Joe Flacco
-Simpson was confident he was going 1, wanted Rams over AZ
-LAR got trade calls on 13
@PPistone The cup series numbers continue to dwindle, the O'Reilly series is rising, due in part to the great racing it provides. I understand your point, but if no one is consuming the series then there's nothing to sell anyway.
