Retirement plans? Practice Buy In? Are they an EE or an owner (former seems likely)? Location & lifestyle? Don’t get me wrong, solid comp, but might not be as great as it seems.
@JaredDHardin Are competing bids using the same material? Are they spraying v you w squeegee? I seal coated through HS & college so a little rusty, but that makes a big difference. If cheaper option means he’s recoating in a year, is he really saving money?

@blueprintsmb22 Spot on. Saving & investing younger can build wealth, but maybe more importantly affords options & flexibility later on to start/buy businesses, angel invest, or simply make work optional. The sooner you can captain your own ship, the better off you'll be long term.
