Hey @pullmanhotels, train your staff in customer services. Called the Hill Street hotel in Singapore and spoke to Tan who was obstinate, rude, unfriendly & hung up on me when I was trying to explain my query. Called back and still refused to help. Will cancel and stay elsewhere.
