We have received a response from one council regarding our Education FOI Request and its cost. The breadth of the questions we are asking exceeds the Β£600 limit. Does anyone have any experience of this and how we might get around it? @MrMcEnaney@Emma_Seith
I completed my PGCE at the start of the pandemic in a world of uncertainty and anxiety. I spent nearly a year floundering in limbo and then 10 months as a PSA before anyone would open the door to teaching to me. I am casual supply. I struggle to pay the bills. #IAmATeacher

@ScottishAction And at the same time, on the other side, many working in schools are heading towards burnout because of the ever growing burden and pressure partly because thereβs not enough staff. The collated responses you have included are incredibly powerful. Such worry for people.
@_teachers_pet We have submitted FOI requests to every council in Scotland to get statistics just like these, hoping to have them back by the end of November
