@BBCBreakfast Ben was asking if pharmacy staff would be taken away from dispensing prescriptions to deal with patients coming in for a consultation. As pharmacy staff, I can say, wholeheartedly the answer is yes. We are under-staffed & over worked. The pressures keep on coming.
