The biggest slap in the face the UK government imposes on its most productive workers is the £100k income threshold. At this point, they tax 40% while also removing the tax free threshold giving a person an effective marginal tax rate of 60%.

It’s the bureaucrats saying “we hate you for being successful”. It has the direct impact of making top talent leave the country or dial back their efforts. This tax threshold is responsible for a catastrophic loss of UK productivity.

Since I replied to this article I’ve had numerous death threats to myself and my unborn child. Questions on my own gender (I’m pregnant so guess that clears that one up 😂) calls for my employers to sack me, threats to my home. I’ve been called a racist, a bigot and a sexist as well as various insults - c*nt, sl*g etc.

I’ve also been asked why I haven’t raised any concerns on this topic before? See above for your answer.

When there are discrepancies with test results - which could impact the safety of another human being, in an environment that above all else should be fair - questions are quite rightly going to be asked. The answers are still unclear, otherwise this topic would be closed.

It seems like people are supposed to hate him these days without actually knowing anything about him.

In fact, we live in a culture where if someone says one thing you disagree with then you must hate and reject them rather than agreeing and disagreeing with things in a civil manner.

Civil discourse is important for humanity. When there is none, violence and division happens.
