@Williams_Justin@TheAthletic I keep seeing this phrase pop up "According to enforcement guidelines from the College Sports Commission" but have yet to see any link or screenshot of said guidelines.
@MelindaDeslatte@patrick_wall A tech outage is the kindest way to put it. Based on the quotes provided seems like it might be a significant data breach/ransomware attack.
@ice100g@cajun_vegas I never would have guessed that Mensik is currently leading the ATP in Aces and 2nd in Ace% if I hadn't looked it up. Hasn't translated into wins but might be something to watch now that clay is mostly done.
@cajun_vegas@atptour@rolandgarros Had this issue with FanDuel last US Open. The rep said they use Flashscore or Sofascore as their official stat graders.
@cajun_vegas Nevermind, looks like this might be from them over-using the blanket "error" language in their T&C. And the only reason they got in trouble is because books need approval in NJ from the gaming commission before doing this. https://t.co/3qINmnyhZT
@zewing@byreeddarcey@KokiRiley Another point for rugby is that you have the NOLA Gold professional team down the road. A varsity LSU rugby team would be an instant feeder team to the pros for NOLA.
@zewing@byreeddarcey@KokiRiley In order of preference:
1. Rugby, can raise the existing women's club side to varsity/scholarships to satisfy Title IX reqs. Also would take the least investment to turn the LSU rugby team into a perennial contender.
2. Lacrosse
3. Soccer (most mainstream)
Question for the pros out there.
Considering how short the grass season is and the relative lack of data points on grass courts, do you find it easier or harder to find an edge/value in matches?
