@British_Airways I’m sorry but 6 months of waiting indicates a serious issue with your complaints management. High volumes doesn’t not = half a year of no update or resolution.
Hi @British_Airways we’re now in February (!) and our issue was raised in August. Still no resolution or communication around our claim from the bank holiday air traffic control situation. We’ve registered our case with the ombudsman.

@British_Airways Another week has gone by and no resolution. Complaint also now filed despite repeated assurances that our case has been escalated. We keep getting told by your agents that ‘it’s in progress and we’ll hear in 7 days’ @British_Airways but we never do?

Hi @easyJet mixed messages regarding the Preveza - Gatwick flight this evening. Message to say it’s been cancelled due to tech issues and we’re here for another night but team on ground are more optimistic. Can you not fly an engineer over on the TUI flight from Gatwick tonight?
@HMRCcustomers I’ve been waiting since Feb 23 for HMRC to process backdated overpaid tax. And since June 23 for another repayment which you advise should take 2 weeks to process!? 10 phone calls to you this year has not moved either of these issues forward. Is this acceptable?

Hi @British_Airways - still can’t get through to anyone as you’re not letting calls through - a recorded message saying to try again later is not good enough.
Hi @British_Airways - flight from Ibiza to London City today just been cancelled. What happens next? No comms to tell us it was cancelled and no next steps of what to do? Can you help?
