@turbovax Apparently all those people who had appts last Wed-Fri that had to be rescheduled due to the snow delay were all REBOOKED for yesterday on top of the people who had regular appointments. That’s what caused the 4 hr delay.

They need to manage that schedule better. I waited 3 hours & gave up left
