@Thalassophile66 @turbovax Terrible scheduling execution. Don’t schedule more appts than you have staff or capacity. Especially when many of the people getting the shot are over 65 or have a disability. These folks should not stand in line for multiple hours.

@Chris7Scully @turbovax @nycHealthy Here’s a sticking point for me... I get they were backed up because of last weeks’ weather. But why? Why did they open up a new set appointments just yesterday, for appointments last night, w hen they knew they were backed up already? Poor schedule management.

@UndocuGargi @Kristanicole__0 @turbovax I do not think it’s matter of how early you get there. It’s a 24-hour operation so if they continue to pack in as many appointments, just be prepared to wait. The on-site staff was very apologetic to everyone so hopefully they identify there is a problem..

@NYCHealthSystem you are way overbooking your Citi Field location. Despite having an appt, wait 4+ hours tonight for vaccine. Not fun for a guy with MS to be standing during most of that time. Some folks blamed last weeks weather, but you were still opening more appts today.
