"We need to bring back the Mu'tazilas fr fr. Real ones. They were the ones who sparked the Golden Age of Islam and were peace loving chungus uwu Muslims, unlike these #radical fundamentalists"☮️🌈🥰
Meanwhile the average Muatazila after reading Plato:
Enough is said of Muqatil through this one athar:

In that quotation, Ibn al-Tabbakh is al-Mubarak b. ‘Ali b. al-Husayn, Abu Muhammad b. al-Tabbakh. He was a Baghdadi Hanbali who later settled in Mecca, served as the Hanbali prayer leader at the Haram, and was described as a distinguished muhaddith and faqih; he died in 575 AH.
@aryanmogul@YusufalAshari@ZAID__MUSLIM It's almost impossible for a person to affirm monotheism without believing that god is absolute in attributes in the first place
The Ḥanafīs: They held that there is no objection to kissing the muṣḥaf, based on the practice of ʿUmar and ʿUthmān (may Allah be pleased with them).
It is stated in Radd al-Muḥtār:
"Kissing the muṣḥaf was said by some to be an innovation (bidʿah), but it has been narrated from ʿUmar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he would take the muṣḥaf every morning, kiss it, and say: 'The covenant of my Lord and the written proclamation of my Lord, Mighty and Majestic.'" And Uthman ibn Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) used to kiss the muṣḥaf and wipe it over his face.
Imam Malik ibn Anas (711-795 C.E), Allah have mercy upon him, once told a young boy from the tribe of Quraysh (who was being prideful about his knowledge):
تَعَلَّمِ الأَدَبَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَتَعَلَّمَ الْعِلْمَ
“You need to learn etiquette [Adab] before you acquire knowledge.”
(Related in the Hilyat al-Awliyah - The Beauty of the Righteous by Imam Abu Nuaym)
The way of our teachers and those before us was always to think how we act. That’s what Adab is and anyone lacking of it doesn’t have a single teacher or are hard hearted. We all know Musalsal bil-Awwaliyyah, and try to acquire it and narrate it, but how many practice it? Show mercy. That’s the first step.
من لا يرحم لا يرحم
Within mercy there is Adab, and the one who has not Adab will have no perseverance (da’b) in this religion.
