Govt officials admit that "there is nothing in the law" that would stop the eSafety Commissioner saying that Digital ID should be used to verify someone's age.

Remember, the social media ban applies to children under 16 but to enforce it EVERYONE will need to verify their age.

A NEW HOPE: SEIZING THE NARRATIVE

Australians are angry, and that tide of anger is rising.

You are right to be angry.

We have abundant energy resources, but expensive and unreliable power.

We have 1% rental vacancies but a growing population driven by mass migration.

Our MSM are shouting at us that we are ignorant, racist and in need of saving from every possible harm.

Our daycares, schools and universities are indoctrinating and preying on children, turning them against nature, their parents and each other.

Our public health authorities are lobbying groups more interested in eliminating choice than promoting health or human dignity.

Sitting at the centre of this spiderweb of anti-human woe is the government.

They want your anger to be directed at the issues, or the layers of misdirection in between the symptoms and the cause, but they are the genesis.

The spider might be red or blue but the web remains the same and gets larger and stronger every day.

Only Libertarians want to cut the web to allow increased government interference in every aspect of your life to be replaced by your decisions.

Your choices, for your family, your business, your community, church or voluntary organization.

These are the natural muscles of human society that have been intentionally attacked and weakened by government.

They will grow back stronger than ever if we elect Libertarian voices to federal politics.

We need politicians who will say "NO!" in response to the cry of "Won't the government do something?!"

Vote 1 Libertarian at the next Federal election and I will be that voice.

Tonight, @7NewsAustralia is going to do a wrap up of the COVID responses in Australia.

Surely, we will find that the majority of Australians no longer believe that the Australian government saved their lives. Because if by now people have not woken up to the fact that the COVID era was a spectacular failure of public policy, they will never understand it.

No other country sealed their national and state borders. No other country was this extreme, for this long. No other country went completely insane trying to get to zero flu transmission. The very premise in hindsight (for some, even at the time) is absolutely nuts.

I can’t accept that the average Australian is so blind to the truth, so ignorant of the political circumstance and so unable to clearly see how bad our political situation has become.

I expect that 7 news will try very hard to spin the COVID response as having been world leading, necessary, and brilliantly successful. I believe we can expect to see a number of shills on the panel including Annastacia Palaszczuk, who will work very hard to try and convince us that they were just following the science, that they made the difficult decisions, that they acted in the best interests of the people. They didn’t.

The fact is if the government in media come clean with Australia, admit what we all can clearly see as fact now, that the government the bureaucracy, the media class and the corporate sector work together. They don’t act in the interests of the people. They don’t care about anything but their own self preservation, and back pockets. They are either corrupt, stupid or a terrifying combination of the two.

The fact is that if the government and media come clean with Australia, in this way, we, the Australian people, would stop paying our taxes, and most terrifying for them we would stop listening.

The truth is we are very, very poorly served here; by the politicians, by the bureaucracy by the listed companies, by the super funds, by the media, by the charitable institutions, by just about everyone. It’s hard to believe that so many people in so many places could be so entrenched in a toxic and miserable system that it's almost too much for us to bear. So we bury our heads in the sand.

It seems to me, that in my troubles, the vast majority of Australians that I happen to meet, individually, can see this. The majority of Australians are waiting for a great exposure moment, a gotcha and for a crew of people to come through delivering some form of justice.

A new beginning, a restoration of that which made Australia great. A restoration of an Australia that existed not so long ago where there were consequences for actions, invisible lines that the ruling classes would not cross almost as if by instinct. A time where poorly run major companies failed, where bad politicians were voted out, where the courts delivered some justice, where people had a chance to flourish.

Those times can be restored, I think they will be restored, but not through great exposures on television, not through some cavalry showing up to save us and certainly not by the people that are currently operating the establishment. No. Australia will only be restored when enough quiet fair minded and balanced people realise that the responsibility to fix this nation does not rest on the establishment who broke it, but on them themselves, on us, we the people.

The time has come.

You’ve asked me several questions on this thread and accused me of avoiding answering, so here goes.

I believe a woman is a human being who belongs to the sex class that produces large gametes. It’s irrelevant whether or not her gametes have ever been fertilised, whether or not she’s carried a baby to term, irrelevant if she was born with a rare difference of sexual development that makes neither of the above possible, or if she’s aged beyond being able to produce viable eggs. She is a woman and just as much a woman as the others.

I don’t believe a woman is more or less of a woman for having sex with men, women, both or not wanting sex at all. I don’t think a woman is more or less of a woman for having a buzz cut and liking suits and ties, or wearing stilettos and mini dresses, for being black, white or brown, for being six feet tall or a little person, for being kind or cruel, angry or sad, loud or retiring. She isn't more of a woman for featuring in Playboy or being a surrendered wife, nor less of a woman for designing space rockets or taking up boxing. What makes her a woman is the fact of being born in a body that, assuming nothing has gone wrong in her physical development (which, as stated above, still doesn't stop her being a woman), is geared towards producing eggs as opposed to sperm, towards bearing as opposed to begetting children, and irrespective of whether she's done either of those things, or ever wants to.

Womanhood isn't a mystical state of being, nor is it measured by how well one apes sex stereotypes. We are not the creatures either porn or the Bible tell you we are. Femaleness is not, as trans woman Andrea Chu Long wrote, ‘an open mouth, an expectant asshole, blank, blank eyes,’ nor are we God’s afterthought, sprung from Adam’s rib.

Women are provably subject to certain experiences because of our female bodies, including different forms of oppression, depending on the cultures in which we live. When trans activists say 'I thought you didn't want to be defined by your biology,' it’s a feeble and transparent attempt at linguistic sleight of hand. Women don't want to be limited, exploited, punished, or subject to other unjust treatment because of their biology, but our being female is indeed defined by our biology. It's one material fact about us, like having freckles or disliking beetroot, neither of which are representative of our entire beings, either. Women have billions of different personalities and life stories, which have nothing to do with our bodies, although we are likely to have had experiences men don't and can't, because we belong to our sex class.

Some people feel strongly that they should have been, or wish to be seen as, the sex class into which they weren't born. Gender dysphoria is a real and very painful condition and I feel nothing but sympathy for anyone who suffers from it. I want them to be free to dress and present themselves however they like and I want them to have exactly the same rights as every other citizen regarding housing, employment and personal safety. I do not, however, believe that surgeries and cross-sex hormones literally turn a person into the opposite sex, nor do I believe in the idea that each of us has a nebulous ‘gender identity’ that may or might not match our sexed bodies. I believe the ideology that preaches those tenets has caused, and continues to cause, very real harm to vulnerable people.

I am strongly against women's and girls' rights and protections being dismantled to accommodate trans-identified men, for the very simple reason that no study has ever demonstrated that trans-identified men don't have exactly the same pattern of criminality as other men, and because, however they identify, men retain their advantages of speed and strength. In other words, I think the safety and rights of girls and women are more important than those men's desire for validation.

I sincerely hope that answers your questions. You may still disagree, but as I hope this shows, I’m more than happy to have this debate.

Today has seen an important victory in the fight for freedom and human rights in Australia.

The Queensland Supreme Court today determined that COVID-19 vaccine mandates imposed on police and health workers were unlawful.

The Queensland Police Service and Queensland Health were wrong to force mandates on their organisations.

I said from the start these mandates were wrong.

I said from the start they contravened Section 51 part 23-A of the Constitution, which prohibits civil conscription through the provision of medical services.

One Nation was the only party saying it.

I said from the start the mandates should be unlawful.

I introduced legislation in this Parliament that would have made certain they were unlawful.

With a couple of notable exceptions, the government refused to support to my bill.

You didn’t care that people were being coerced into vaccination at risk of their jobs.

You didn’t care the indivudual freedoms and rights you were supposed to defend and protect were under attack.

You relished the power state government were taking from their citizens.

You cheered them on.

You were wrong.

One Nation was right.

One Nation was right because we were standing up for the individual freedoms and constitutional authority that underpin Australian democracy.

You didn’t, and you attacked us for it.

You were wrong.

This decision by the Queensland Supreme Court makes it paramount we have a Royal Commission into the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Prime Minister’s toothless inquiry must be abandoned.

Only a Royal Commission can compel the secret advice that led to these unlawful vaccine mandates in Queensland.

On Friday last week the Court of Appeal made a significant ruling that upheld a previous High Court judgement that the New Zealand Defence Force's workplace Covid-19 vaccination mandate is unlawful.

Since then, just one online media outlet has reported this ruling. This solitary report was also behind a paywall - so not accessible to the vast majority of the public.

No other mainstream media outlet has made any mention of this ruling which clearly identifies that people’s rights and freedoms were significantly eroded by an unlawful direction from the previous government.

It is unbelievable that nothing was mentioned on the television main news channels, radio, or other online platforms.

The significant finding of the Court of Appeal included upholding a previous ruling in High Court of the affect these forced mandates had on the New Zealand Bill of Rights.

New Zealand First has always believed that in any robust and enduring democracy an accountable and balanced fourth estate is essential.

However, instead of the public being informed of the facts and truth of a significant ruling from one of our highest courts, they have been exposed to a prime example of the unrelenting bias of much of our mainstream media.

There is no other logical reason or excuse as to why New Zealanders have not been properly informed.

This ruling has significant ramifications for the current Covid Inquiry, not only highlighting the inadequate terms of reference that were previously created under the last government, but also the significant ramifications for the justification of all previous and remaining mandates in all workplaces.

It is deeply concerning that New Zealand’s mainstream media has neglected to inform New Zealanders of this important and significant finding that directly affects New Zealander’s rights and freedoms in our democracy.
