Tobias has been deteriorating extremely fast and he can now barely communicate with me over text. My dad and I have the past week been investigating causes to his deterioration.
My current hypothesis is that he suffers from an autoimmune attack on his nervous system, or some form of neuromuscular dysfunction, initially possibly caused by the antibiotics that he took in 2021 that made him bed-bound overnight.

A sign that his very, extremely severe state is not solely due to #mecfs or mitochondria damage, is that weeks before he collapsed fully, he lost his voice and could only whisper. This may point to serious neuromuscular dysfunctions that affects/attacks the voice box first, before it spreads to the rest of the body.
The antibiotics he took have been linked to these type of conditions.

There are blood markers he can test for, such as anti-ganglioside antibodies (GM1,GD1a, GT1a, GQ1b etc) and Anti-neuronal nuclear antibodies (ANNA-1, ANNA-2, anti-Ma2 etc.) Currently trying to learn more.

If he comes up positive there may be treatments. I would like to find something that eases his most torturous state fast.

His doctor in Cologne is very difficult, not co-operating. I wish we could promptly get in touch with a doctor in Cologne or Germany with expertise of these kinds of things or at least willing to cooperate and think.

I don’t know if anyone will even read this. But to genuinely save Tobias life (there is not much time) we need all the help we can get. Seriously. If you have contacts in Germany, knowledge, ability to research and do so pretty fast, anything that can help. It would be deeply appreciated.

My dad is currently translating all of Tobias’ testing and piecing it all together with his symptoms, conditions and history and going through all his meds and supplements. And I’m investigating this autoimmune/neuroimmune stuff trying to find the right answers.

In Rheinland-Pfalz findet am 19.September eine digitale Infoveranstaltung für Lehrer und Sozialkräfte zu #LongCovid #MECFS statt. Hoffnungsvoll stimmt schon mal, dass das Leitsymptom PEM schon im Anschreiben erwähnt wird.

Hoffentlich macht das in anderen Bundesländern Schule.

@MausMull @BildungSicher @U12Schutz Nach viel Telefonieren mit ADD und Schulministerium (korrekt: Ministerium für Bildung des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz 🙄) haben die offenbar die Schulleitung kontaktiert, so daß diese uns endlich das Masketragen erlauben müssen. Unter sehr geringen Auflagen. 🥳

Wer könnte kurzfristig helfen, wenn es darum geht, einer Schulleitung klarzumachen, daß es in Rheinland-Pfalz keinerlei Vorschriften gibt, die daß Masketragen im Unterricht (insb auch Musik und Sport) verbietet? Ist dringend! @BildungSicher oder @U12Schutz vielleicht? Gern RT.

@MausMull @BildungSicher @U12Schutz Siehe Screenshot. Mündlich wurde noch hinzugefügt, daß das auch für Musik gelte.
Und nur zur Klarstellung, wir reden nicht über eine Freistellung vom Unterricht. Daß Schwimmen nicht mit Maske ginge, ist uns klar und darum geht es auch gar nicht.

@MausMull @BildungSicher @U12Schutz Hatten mittlerweile Kontakt zum ADD bzw Schulministerium. Der zuständige Jurist dort sagte uns, es gäbe aktuell gar keinen Hygieneplan für Schulen. Diese Aussage ist also aus der Luft gegriffen bzw völlig unbegründet.

@ONRedaktion @BildungSicher Vor keiner anderen Impfung wurde man so umfassend aufgeklärt, wie vor den (ersten paar) Coronaimpfungen. Oder hat schon mal jemand mehrere Seiten über Nebenwirkung und Folgen einer MMRV- oder Grippeimpfung unterschreiben müssen? Wer das Zeug nicht liest, ist halt selbst Schuld.
