‘Cat child didn’t happen, just as Rule, Britannia was not axed. Nor was Cambridge “forced to drop white authors”, or a Muslim bus driver allowed to throw his passengers out so he could pray, or an Iraqi caught with a bomb awarded thousands of pounds’ https://t.co/CSzXLPANBR
Greatly enjoyed chatting with Padraig Harrington. An hour and 20 minutes wasn't enough, and I'm guessing you'll agree by the end of it.

BREAKING: UFC President Dana White says that he has spoken to Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerbeg and they are both "absolutely dead serious" about fighting each other in the ring and "they both want to do it."
The idea of a billionaire battle between the two started bubbling up yesterday when Musk stated that he was "up for a cage match" with Zuckerberg. Zuckerberg responded "Send me location," implying his eagerness to brawl.
White says that the fight would be the biggest fight of all time and would be triple the size in popularity of the massive Floyd Mayweather vs. Connor McGregor fight.
Musk is 51 and profoundly out of shape. Zuckerbeg is 39 and has been rigorously practicing jiu-jitsu.
The most likely outcome here is that Elon will do what he always does and chicken out. He loves to make big promises for attention but rarely follows through.
Who do you think would win?
RT and ❤️ if you'd watch the fight and root against them both — and consider investing in Tribel, a “woke” new Twitter competitor that is currently doing a round of equity crowdfunding and just blew past $1.8 million raised from 4,500 of its users. If you want to own a small piece of what is quickly becoming the “next big thing” in social media, here is the link to do so, https://t.co/7S6ULL2X5e. You can invest as little as $100 — or as much as you’d like. Here’s the link to download the new Tribel app that Elon Musk is so afraid of: https://t.co/HnJzSKjCwX

On this day in 1944, George Stinney, at 14 years, became the youngest person executed in the US in the 20th century. He was so small they had to stack books on the electric chair.
Due to no evidence, his conviction was posthumously vacated 70years after his execution!

The discovery of a foot of a marble sculpture of Marcus Aurelius in Southern Turkey provides us with a valuable piece of historical context. Marcus Aurelius, born in 121 AD, was a prominent figure in ancient Roman history. He is best known for his role as the Roman Emperor from 161 to 180 AD, during a period known as the Pax Romana, or Roman Peace.
Marcus Aurelius was not only a military leader but also a renowned scholar, making significant contributions to philosophy and intellectual pursuits. He was deeply influenced by Stoicism, a philosophical school that emphasized virtue, reason, and acceptance of fate. Marcus Aurelius is particularly famous for his collection of philosophical writings known as "Meditations," in which he reflects on various aspects of life, ethics, and personal growth.
During his reign, Marcus Aurelius faced numerous challenges, including military campaigns against invading Germanic tribes, such as the Marcomanni and the Quadi. Despite his commitments as an emperor, he continued to engage in intellectual pursuits, often writing and contemplating while on military campaigns.
The unearthed foot of the marble sculpture of Marcus Aurelius highlights the significance and influence of his reign, as well as his intellectual legacy. It serves as a reminder of his multidimensional persona as both a military leader and a scholar. The sculpture itself is a testament to the artistry and craftsmanship of the time, providing us with a tangible connection to the past and allowing us to appreciate the cultural and historical richness of the Roman Empire.
