What to expect from @teslaeurope in the next days:

1- 2026.21.100 is the branches unification. It has FSD (Supervised) installed, ready to use by subscription in any car and allowing you to use FSD in any EU country just by crossing the border. The current problem of only cars in permitted countries being allowed to have it will disappear. This version is a pilot test for that.

2- The Summer Update (maybe 2026.22) will include this feature. Among other new things (probably trip planner, Grok commands), it will be widely available in the EU. (A lot of conversations here with @Alandbru)
Now is strangely delayed, @Tesla is waiting for something, probably this next is the reason.

3- Tesla is not resting on its laurels. Tesla knows what is going on with EU approvals. I expect a multi-country approval very soon. 🇪🇸🇩🇪🇮🇹🇫🇷

Die Deutschen müssen begreifen, dass die heimische Autoindustrie nicht stirbt, weil die politischen Rahmenbedinungen nicht stimmen, sondern die Produkte nicht wettbewerbsfähig sind und die Gewerkschaften jeden Wandel verhindern.

Im Jahresvergleich von 2025 zu 2026 erkennt man, dass die Autobranche im Süden Deutschlands, ihrem Kerngebiet, bei der zahl der offenen Stellen stagniert.

Tesla bietet aktuell 765 offene Stellen in Deutschland an.
Zum Vergleich offene Stellen: VW 73, BMW 48, Audi 101

Tesla arbeitet in Grünheide mit einer 38-Stunden-Woche.
Die deutschen Hersteller produzieren meist mit 35 Stunden.

Tesla ist der einzige Hersteller, der wächst, mehr Personal einstellt und ausgerechnet auch der einzige, der keinen Tarifvertrag hat.
Alle anderen Hersteller schrumpfen.
Tesla baut das seit drei Jahren das meist verkaufte Auto der Welt.
Ich prognostiziere, im Jahr 4 wird es ebenfalls Platz 🥇werden.

Hinzu kommt, dass Tesla derzeit ein Technologiezentrum im Südosten Berlins plant. Der Wandel wird sich also weiter beschleunigen.

Die alten Automobilbauer kommen nur aus dieser Krise, wenn sie den Gewerkschaften, die ihre Unternehmen lahmlegen, vor die Tür setzen und anfangen coole Autos zu bauen, für die es außerhalb Deutschlands eine echte Nachfrage gibt.

• The interior door handles of Cybercab have two detents, with the second detent acting as the emergency mechanical release.
• Cybercab window switches are situated underneath the touchscreen.
• Cybercab uses both a 400V high-voltage battery and a 48V low-voltage battery.
• Cybercab Robotaxi is equipped with Tesla’s SAE Level 4 automated driving system: "When in Autonomous Mode, the vehicle is designed to be capable of performing the entire dynamic driving task without any input from a human driver."

The Dutch vehicle ​authority (RDW) ‌has released a statement after it received criticism for approving @Tesla's FSD (Supervised).

"The RDW carefully assessed and tested this driver assistance system before approval was granted. As part of this process, we analyzed and evaluated data from vehicles that had been driven in Europe. We also collected and assessed our own data and continue to monitor the performance of this system on the road.

The RDW did not rely solely on Tesla’s data; we also carried out extensive testing ourselves using our own test equipment. Over a period of more than 3,000 hours, testing took place both on test tracks and on public roads, under a wide range of conditions, including complex and busy urban traffic, a broad variety of road types, and different - including extreme - weather conditions. This included the use of data from 1.8 million kilometres driven in Europe with FSD Supervised.

The RDW’s own tests — comprising more than 1,000 test runs — were conducted in accordance with European regulations. The Tesla data used by the RDW also complied with those rules. The RDW independently assessed and validated the process used to collect the data.

Through these tests, the RDW gathered objective information and verified the manufacturer’s data. The RDW does not base its assessment solely on information provided by the manufacturer. We carried out extensive independent investigation. On the basis of this overall process, the RDW concluded that the system meets the applicable requirements. As a result, a European type approval valid for use in the Netherlands was granted.

Safety is the RDW’s foremost priority. This Tesla driver assistance system supports the driver to a greater extent than other systems because, when activated, it takes over multiple driving tasks. The proper use of driver assistance systems makes a positive contribution to road safety by supporting the driver in performing driving tasks; it is intended as an aid to the driver. Owing to the continuous and strict monitoring of the driver in the vehicle, this driver assistance system is at least as safe as other driver assistance systems. We have thoroughly assessed and tested this system over a period of more than 18 months."
