@kpcom @Primetimeperry @northstandswain You need to flatten it, because I dare say anything you do to the North Stand in 10 years time unless you’re flattening it, you’re probably going to have to look at doing it again. Demolishing the North Stand is the most efficient way to do it, and it’s easier for builders to do.

@wall1978 @Primetimeperry @northstandswain It’s quicker to demolish a stand and rebuild a much bigger stand, than it is to renovate and expand an already existing stand, because builders need to get to key parts of that stand to complete it on time and when you renovate a stand, it’s much harder for builders to work on it
