🚧 Travel update: M42 weekend closures -

Villans travelling to and from Villa Park this weekend are advised to plan ahead, with major road closures in place for HS2 works.

The M42 will be closed northbound between junctions 6 and 9, and southbound between junctions 9 and 7, from 9pm on Friday 23 October until 5am on Monday 26 October.

There will also be restrictions affecting the M6 junction 4a link to the M42 in both directions, plus sections of the M6 Toll.

🛣️ Signed diversion routes will be in place, but please allow extra time for your journey and check your route before setting off.
