🌟 Rural daycare spotlight!
Right in the heart of Kipling, Saskatchewan, Kipling Kidcare Co-operative has been supporting families since 2011 and has been operating from their current location since 2015. They are licensed for 65 kids and supported by a dedicated team of about 30 staff who keep things running day in and day out.
With two separate buildings, they’re navigating double the costs just to keep their doors open. Their team works incredibly hard hosting fundraisers throughout the year to help bridge the gap and continue providing care for their community.
If you'd like to support them directly, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll get you in touch.

Access to quality childcare is essential for strong, vibrant rural communities. When we discovered that majority of rural children in the Canadian prairies live in what’s called a “daycare desert”, we felt the need to step in.
We are proud to announce our 2026 Rural Daycare Grant Program, an effort to help strengthen childcare options in the rural communities where our employees live and work. This effort is in alignment with Croptimistic’s sustainability strategy, and is a key part of our commitment to rural vitality and employee support.
Our Rural Daycare Grant Program will give out three grants to chosen applicants: $2,500, $1,500, and $1,000. Grant selection will be made by our Rural Daycare Campaign volunteer committee.
Meeting with your SWAT MAPS agronomist soon? Here are some questions to ask in your 2026 crop planning meeting:
▪️"Where do you see the biggest opportunity for improvement on my farm?"
▪️"Is there anything we should rethink or adjust in our current program?"
▪️"What data should we collect this season to measure progress?"
▪️"What new strategies or tools could help us reach our goals?"
These meetings are all about planning with intention, challenging long-standing practices, and exploring new ideas. Our goal is to help you get the most out of every acre.

Communication between agronomist and grower is crucial for success. When you work with FM Agronomy, I become part of your team and work with you to get the most out of your land. After all, the relationships I get to create with producers is the best!

@CropProCory Big ford guy here, the early 2000’s era were rock solid. My old man has 3 of them kicking around the farm and two of them are around 500k km and still get used. My 2012 has been a good truck, hasn’t let me down yet. Haven’t driven anything new, but I’ve heard good things.
@LangbankPlayer@CanolaWatch I travel a lot of fields every fall, and you can tell what fields have been sprayed with a plane vs ground rig, even more noticeable when ground rig does the head land. Fields are way cleaner after a ground rig pass vs plane.
