@Se_Railway Don’t tell passengers one thing and do something different, esp. when they’re delayed going home. The staff @ Orpington had no idea they should hold the train because nobody had told them. From the perspective of the dozens of us wandering around, it didn’t feel like we mattered.

@Se_Railway Oh I will. But why did we see 2 Hastings trains hurtle past while waiting? Why not add an extra stop? Cannon St staff just wanted us gone, SE can’t be bothered to hold the train for passengers - having sent us there - it’s lame. Do you care about customers, or just our money?
