I was attacked and threatened while in the Army and nothing I could do about it. It was I either fight back and get in trouble or watch my back and try not to go certain places by myself. I actually thought of this at one point. I think it would be a good idea in for New York in Seattle as well. If you were found outside of those cities you will be deported and those cities would not receive any federal funds as that is other people's money that does not live there
