We aren’t bitter that he is leaving, it’s the way in which he’s done it. As supposed captain of #nufc, he has done everything behind the clubs back, allowed weeks of circus-like behaviour happen, whilst saying nothing. It’s sneaky and not actions of a captain.

No denying he has been one of the best players/people I have seen represent my football club. The captain to lead us to end our 70 year wait for a trophy. Single handedly dragging us through games. Buying into us as a football club, and as people.

But the way he’s left, will leave a sour taste in a lot of people’s mouths. For many, the way this has been handled will tarnish and even ruin the legacy he has created. Isak at least communicated and was upfront about leaving, yet something about this is worse, it hurts that little bit more.
