@APPGMortgage for the 3rd month my @APPGMortgage SVR is rising 2 4.88%. I’ve written 2 @AlunCairns @JohnGlenUK but they fail 2 understand govt created us by selling us 2 unregulated inactive firms. I’ve paid £100k in interest in 13 years & still owe the same full mortgage balance

So, Landmark was owned by @GOVUK after 2008 until they sold for 13bn to Cerebus in 2015, not only did they profit from @mortgageprison the Britsh Government working on behalf of the people, also charged us extortionate rates and profited for 7 years We only want what we are owed

Capping the SVR for #mortgageprisoners was ALWAYS the best way to give instant financial relief to families paying extortionate rates. 1 yr since @JohnGlenUK told the @Conservatives MPs to vote against it. Borrowers cld've saved up to £850 pm,instead it goes to the #vulturefunds
