The final person I spoke to claim to be a level three who not once offered any empathy or apology, and only scolded me for not calling sooner. That individual also hung up on me.

I was just hung up on my an alleged T3 supervisor. I did not receive an order. I did all the steps on the website, nothing option to talk to a human. Nothing happened, so I did it all again, no luck 🍀
