@SouthwestAir will not extend my mother’s voucher During a #global pandemic. My mother is 75+ yearsyoung and traveling from LosAngeles is not advisable because of her pre existing conditions. Two representatives were very rude @SouthwestAir I know we can do better. 😕

@SouthwestAir Voucher we extended it during the pandemic but for her it is unsafe for her to travel they would not extend again and today is the deadline. The agent was adamant about not being able to do anything but suggested she gift her voucher to someone else or loose the value
