Spain just won the World Cup… so why is Luis de la Fuente still stuck on Argentina?
Spain are the champions of the 2026 World Cup... The trophy is theirs. The glory is theirs. The history books will remember them.
And yet here they are ... the Spanish coach still can’t stop talking about Argentina. Instead of basking in the golden light of victory, he’s choosing to keep the spotlight firmly on the team that finished as runner-up. He’s handing free publicity to the runners-up while his own side should be drowning in celebration.
Argentina already paid the price on the pitch....They lost...Some player with misbehavior already get fined and national team match ban...What more does he want?
Sad reality 😔... i guess Spain will never match the pure electricity...how dramatic ...and the sheer magic of Argentina’s World Cup celebrations. France never been spotlight in WC 2022. The whole world was hypnotized by Argentina ... I'm sorry, but Spain’s win feels… quieter by comparison.
It’s a real shame. They don't realize their lingering fixation on Argentina is stealing their own moment. They’re winning the biggest prize in football and still can’t fully enjoy it because they’re too busy looking over their opponents...What a shame 😒

After more than 20 years, when Ronald Sakolsky returned to the Maowusu sandy area, sitting side by side with Yin Yuzhen and her husband, he said in a choked voice, “this time, (if) I go away, I may not be (back again)." #FriendshipAcrossOceans#DesertificationFight
In 2000, American teacher Ronald Sakolsky traveled to the Maowusu Sandy Land in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, to visit Chinese farmer Yin Yuzhen. A year earlier, moved by her determination to combat desertification, he raised and donated 5,000 USD to support her tree-planting efforts. During that first visit, they planted a tree together, as a small promise to the future.
With the help of media, Yin finally reconnected with Sakolsky this May and invited him back to see what had become of the land they once knew.
On Aug. 24, 26 years after his first visit, Sakolsky returned. The tree he and Yin had planted now towered several times above their heads. His act of kindness reaching across the Pacific has also grown into an entire forest.
What did this return mean to him, and what had this journey taught him about hope, perseverance and the power of working together?
Wait… is that wind turbine about to fall? 😱
Don’t worry — it’s just a crazy perspective. Standing beneath the giant blades at Guizhou’s Putunba Wind Farm makes the turbine look even more massive, creating a perfect “giant structure” illusion.
Sometimes, the best way to understand the scale of engineering is to stand right next to it.

At the Temple of Heaven, a squirrel looked like it was saying, "Watch my moves." 🐿️🥋 Perched on a pipe and striking a tiny martial-arts pose, it turned a routine tourist stop into an unexpected kung fu show. #TempleOfHeaven#ChinaAww
