Don’t assume you’re getting a 3D mammogram- confirm it. And if you get pushback- go to a different imaging center. 3D mammogram- tomosynthesis- is going to catch the earliest cancer in young, dense breasts.

It is not quite 10am and I’m climbing into bed (with 🐕 Ruby).
Squirt hockey games at 6am (not exaggerating. We were on the ice at 5:55am.) - even with a @Starbucks Trenta Iced Coffee - are just brutal.

KoiSwapping is a thing.

Yesterday a woman rang my doorbell holding a bag of 4 little Koi 🐟 and a big plastic bag.
Through some admin comedy of errors - she was here (unbidden) to take my 4 big koi and replace them with small koi (bc our pond is suited for smaller fish). 1/4
