I also initiated a live chat with UPS at 1:14 yesterday afternoon. They said they would text me back when I was next in line that didn’t occur until 3:59 AM. Of course I was sleeping. @UPS I’m just hoping this driver picks up this package today.

Also, the only real way to chat with customer service is phone and a text service that they text you back on. The phone call was useless. The person on the other end @UPS told me it doesn’t matter if the driver didn’t get the box they only make one attempt.
