#XRPCommunity#SECGov v. #Ripple#XRP BREAKING: MAGISTRATE JUDGE NETBURN DENIES THE SEC'S ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE CLAIMS. "THE PREDOMINANT PURPOSE OF THE COMMUNICATIONS WAS NOT TO PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRODUCED."

A 🧵 about a few Facts and Dates proving the lawsuit 🆚 @Ripple & #XRP was a weapon:
1) In 2103 @chrislarsensf gives a presentation to regulators including the @SECGov,
@federalreserve, #FinCEN, etc, discussing his plan to utilize the #XRPL and how he intends to distribute #XRP;
Judge Netburn may order the SEC to provide the internal documents on Hinman’s infamous speech. This could expose the SEC‘s market deception and force a settlement with Ripple. https://t.co/nx54gEJEmd #CryptocurrencyNews#XRP
You won't believe what I just found. JPMorgan, Alibaba, SWIFT partnered in 2017 to revolutionise cross-border payments with Ethereum. And which law firm represents both of them? That's right: Simpson Thacher. That's the tweet. Oh yes, before I forget: 💥💥🚨💯💥BOOOOMMMM💥💥💥
@digitalassetbuy@GaryGensler@HesterPeirce@SECHerrenLee It seems to me that if Hinman had a financial interest in his old law firm the ethics rules would have prevented him from giving ETH a free pass in the first place. That is market manipulation.
We get to the core: Alibaba, Antgroup was taken public by Clayton, Sullivan & Cromwell and Simpson Thacher, Hinman. Alibaba wanted to buy Moneygram, but the deal failed; Ripple, however, got it. Alibaba then bet on JPMorgan Quorum &Ethereum, which is helped by the corrupt SEC! 🤯
@MoonLamboio Simpson Thatcher is part of the EEA. In your last YouTube video you said their connection would be a smoking gun. Seems simple that someone would have looked here already but just in case not here you go.
A thread on XRP price, without discussing price, because I don't do that. So why doesn't XRP go up with all the announced partners? 🧵

This week in Congress and crypto: As the war rages on, Ukraine remains the center of attention for Congress. Nearly everything Congress was doing prior to the invasion has been altered in some form now. For crypto, sanctions have been dominating our time. Here’s what we’re seeing
