@adrianweckler The telecoms contacted every org. .Most likely issue is the contact details on file have changed or the relevant organisation did not respond on time. The guidelines and deadlines were v clear- once the notification managed to be issued to the correct internal contact.

@conor_pope @dfarrell_ucd @ThreeIreland They did the same to me. I was in Greece last week and the €50 charge was applied on the only day we stayed in the resort and I was using the resort wi-fi.
@conor_pope Online passport renewal service for adults is excellent. Children's passport renewal service is terrible, just paid €150 for emergency service to get passports in time for holiday at the end of June, applications originally submitted in April.
