@BIOTECHSCANNER Why is it dropping loads though?

Harry Kane winning the Ballon D’or is so bittersweet for us former #FootballIndex investors. A tough but much needed lesson upon reflection, doesn’t make this 2020 screenshot any easier to look at. Six years later and still no answers, accountability or funds recuperated.

Good article on #footballindex , needs a free account setting up but is a good reflection of where we are. Please register, read, comment, share on social media etc etc tag in MPs

Any insolvency practitioners in my #footballindex followers? Looking for advice regarding when a company should be liquidated rather than placed into administration please.

[Seb @SebD101]

@Zidave1 It’s incredible how you are still going. Fair play. Please ensure you don’t sacrifice your mental health and family for this! But thank you for all you done.

Trying to finish my letter to @vickyfoxcroft regarding #footballindex but the sheer volume of terrible regulation by the GC is proving tricky to attach succinctly as an annex.

[ZiDave FI @Zidave1]

I have once again written to Lucy Rigby MP @hmtreasury & noticed she didn't respond to my last letter on 9/3 which is consistent with her previous lack of interest. The letter includes the 30 point annex of evidence regarding sports spread bet regulation.

Verbatim went undercover in Reform. Nigel Farage has some very serious questions to answer 👇

[ZiDave FI @Zidave1]

@craignmoz I am working on a letter with newly discovered evidence. It is big. Almost silver bullet. The FCA have lied from CEO down. They have offered nothing in return to back up their argument.

[ZiDave FI @Zidave1]

Hot off the press. Sport spread betting (which is how the FCA defined #footballindex) does benefit from FSCS protections. How does that work when the FCA say they do not regulate sport spread bets? Lies always get found out!

[ZiDave FI @Zidave1]

Good call with the Lawyer last night re #footballindex - the previous challenges I have shared remain but we both have some post meeting actions and research and will explore every avenue possible to seek justice and get political attention!

[ZiDave FI @Zidave1]

Stumbled across the Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Bill 2014 at the weekend and it is a gold mine of proof that the FCA are liars and that Treasury & Ministers are covering it up. Got a busy week but hopefully lawyers will agree this is very useful on Thursday!!

Solidarity with doctors on strike today.

They’re not asking for a pay rise. They’re asking for pay restoration after a decade of cuts.

The government’s response? Take away vital training jobs, harming us all.

Hardworking NHS staff will always have my full support!
