Can anyone offer advice on how to take legal action against an airline? @Qantas have lost my luggage and are ignoring all my attempts to make contact. It has been over a month, I am beginning to feel they have no intentions of compensating me or honouring the montreal convention.
@Qantas have lost our luggage its been over 21 days and still ignoring our contact. You are signatory to the montreal convention and legally owe us compensation. @RGoyder@toddsampsonOz @MaxineBrenner will anyone from the board help us?? This service has been beyond appalling.
Third times a charm... oh no just kidding, @qantas have hung up the phone again after I have politely asked to speak direct to a manager. Is anyone at @qantas going to help or do you have no intention of returning my bags??? #qantas#ACA#potentialtheft??
Called @Qantas AGAIN, this time their manager has told a consultant I need a 'valid reason' to be able to talk to him. So no luggage for 9 days, no compensation and 0 customer service doesn't count as valid? Do @Qantas care about their customers at all??
New update, @Qantas have outright refused to pass me through to a manager. What company refuses to allow its customers to speak with a supervisor. @Qantas I'm beginning to feel you have our bags but just don't want to give them back.

@Qantas@yourweasel Have to say I feel the same, no one at qantas has made any efforts to try and make contact with us about our lost luggage, its been 7 days. Future flights I'd try @airasia or @AirChinaNA I'm sure they'd both be far better at offering customer service

Hi @Qantas, I've seen you've responded to other tweets so I'm glad to know you're alright. Just strange as I've sent many tweets and messages but still no response?? Any chance you could stop ignoring me and offer some form of customer service to those that need it?
@anthonyspiteri@Qantas They're great at replying on the surface to give the impression they're helping but asking everyone to direct message them for help, but as soon as you direct message them they just straight up ignore you. Appalling customer service.
Hi @Qantas me again...still waiting for a response. Is everything okay?? Been 3 days now, I'm beginning to get worried. Has everybody gone home ill? Or perhaps a power outage effecting only qantas workers? Or maybe you've lost the office keys the same way you've lost my luggage
