An Israeli strike near Jabal Amel Hospital in the southern Lebanese city of Tyre knocked out the facility’s power, oxygen, and life-support systems, leading to the deaths of several intensive care patients.

The death toll from Monday’s attack has risen to 13. At least four people were killed and 127 were wounded at the hospital, including medical, nursing, and administrative staff.
