Stéphane Bouchard: « Il ne faut pas utiliser la #VR parce que c’est cool, il faut d’abord étudier un besoin précis et voir si la #VR est vraiment utile. Exemple, d’apres les études, les applications de méditation #VR avec biofeedback n’ont pas d’utilité »

La thérapie en #VR peut fonctionner mieux que les thérapies réelles car elle permet de faire des choses en virtuel qu’on ne ferait pas en réel (turbulences en avion, toucher une tarentule, sauter d’une falaise) #Meetup @MiddleVRStudio

En 12 ms, l’amygdale dans notre cerveau réagit et évaluer un potentiel danger.
Dans une thérapie en VR on essaie de réguler ces réactions en exposant le patient au rythme utile pour le thérapeute.
