I am not sure it can easily be integrated into EVM but probably we can do it off-chain reasonably efficient. With @SteDziembowski and @AnotherJannik we hope to release the paper soon.

We published a post, “Shutterized Beacon Chain,” for @Ethereum at the @EthResearch forum.

It proposes implementing a Shutter-like DKG in the #Ethereum 2.0/beacon chain, thus mitigating front-running and malicious #MEV directly at the execution layer.
