Olen aika tyytyväinen, että moni ei niellyt Hesarin tarinaa ”suomalaisesta natsista Aleksi Lehdosta” sellaisenaan. Liian moni ”asiantuntija” ja ”toimittaja” kuitenkin nieli. Oikeastihan kyseessä on Aleksandr Morozov.

Alkoiko @hsfi yhtään hälytyskellot soida, kun Morozov niin mielellään jäi antamaan haastattelua ja niin mielellään antoi suomalaisen nimensäkin julki? Tarkistitteko taustoja yhtään ennen kuin painoitte ”julkaise” -nappia?

Mä todella toivon tän maan kannalta, että jos uutisiin tulee näinä aikoina jotakin vastaavankaltaisia ja omituiselta kuulostavia juttuja niin lehtien toimitukset osaisivat pysähtyä, katsoa taustat ja katsoa myös, ketkä toimittajat juttuja raapustavat. Kai te tiesitte, miten hyökkäystä Ukrainaan pohjustettiin ja miten sitä edelleen selitellään? Jutun voi toki tehdä, mutta ihmisille pitäisi tuoda myös taustat julki, kuten tämän henkilön tausta, jotta jokainen voi itse arvioida, millaisen painoarvon antaa kyseisen henkilön puheille. Se on sitä journalismia parhaimmillaan, josta agendajournalisteilla kokemuksen puutetta.

Ystävääni ja hänen naisystäväänsä puukotettiin Helsingissä vappuna.

He olivat viettämässä iltaa tuhansien muiden tapaan Helsingin keskustassa. Poistuessaan kotiin päin noin kymmenen hengen ulkomaalaistaustainen porukka alkoi seurata heitä ja huudella naiselle solvauksia, kuten ”blondi huora”.

Ystäväni puuttui tilanteeseen ja pyysi lopettamaan epäasiallisen huutelun, mihin porukan jäsenet vastasivat: ”Turpa kii, sun muija on blondi suomi huora.”

Tilanne kärjistyi käsirysyksi, ja siinä vaiheessa esiin vedettiin teräase. Lopputuloksena naisystävää puukotettiin kasvoihin, ja ystäväni sai osumaa kasvojen alueelle. Nainen myös ryöstettiin tilanteessa: laukusta varastettiin kamera, matkalaturi ja hajuvesi.

Poliisiauton saapuminen paikalle lopulta de-eskaloi tilanteen, ja porukka poistui juosten paikalta.

Ystäväni ja hänen naisystävänsä kuljetettiin molemmat sairaalan päivystykseen. Ystäväni soitti minulle yöllä hädissään ja kysyi, miksi joku tekee noin. En osannut vastata.

Paljon on ainakin vasemmalta pyydetty tuomitsemaan naisiin kohdistuva väkivalta. Tuomitseeko vasemmisto myös tämän?

Pete Hegseth quoted a fake Bible verse from Pulp Fiction at a Pentagon speech and prayer session yesterday.

The prayer was an adaptation of the monologue delivered by Samuel L. Jackson’s character. In the movie, the character falsely attributes it to Ezekiel 25:17 before a killing, saying:

“The path of the downed aviator is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of camaraderie and duty, shepherd the lost through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother’s keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to capture and destroy my brother. And you will know my call sign is Sandy 1 when I lay my vengeance upon thee.”
