Sebastian

My name is Sebastian Jasper, I'm a sculptor, taxidermist, paleoartist, hobby photographer, amateur astronomer, or just passionate about our world and life.

@mmujicam2000 Amazing work congratulations! 😍

I`m a taxidermist and a modelling sculptor. Right now we (the paleontologist, ornithologist and I) aim to make the most realistic Velociraptor to date, for an Austrian museum, and hope it will come close to what you created!

[Sebastian @SebastianJaspr]

@ausar_the Thank you verry much! Right now I work on a lifelike reconstruction of a Dromaeosaurid, and I´m verry much interested in dinosaur anatomy, looking foreward to read this article!

[Sebastian @SebastianJaspr]

@ausar_the I mean Semimembranosis, not Gastrocnemius!

[Sebastian @SebastianJaspr]

@ausar_the Little anatomical corrections, couldn´t make a straight tail btw, since I´m not a digital artist, just let me feel the clay ;)
Tail is stiff and straight with a verry slight downward curve.
Gastrocnemius m. is connecting to the upper part of tibiatarsus.

[Sebastian @SebastianJaspr]

@ausar_the Sorry, I confused the names! I wrote gastrocnemius muscle instead of semimembranosis muscle. Can´t edit the posts.

@privatebirb @DanForTexas @howcomethough @natemcgrady @sierracatalina All you guys use the towel AFTER washing, right?

[Sebastian @SebastianJaspr]

@TMTHawaii That is great to hear, thank you for your reply!
I sicerely hope, you can build TMT on Maunakea.

I personaly think it would even ad to the holyness of the sacred mountain. And how can you be closer to the heavens, then with a powerful telescope?!

[Sebastian @SebastianJaspr]

@Spezialaccount Who is the photographer? This is stunning gorgeous! It would also be nice to know where and when this beautiful moment was captured.

[Sebastian @SebastianJaspr]

@Visceral9000 I heard a super intriguing theory regarding this, which your image clearly shows:
Early humans evolved alongside the Megafauna in Africa, but as Humans spread to other continents, the more time passed, and the farther they got from the place of origin, the more they hunted Mfauna.

[Sebastian @SebastianJaspr]

@nimgaladh This AI enhancement is more than unnecessary for a masterpiece and naturaly beautiful peace of art, like The Lord of the Rings!

[Sebastian @SebastianJaspr]

@pixelasylumart @nimgaladh It's AI 😒🙄
And for a masterpiece, which the original movies (and it's source by Tolkien) are, that's completely unnecessary!

[Sebastian @SebastianJaspr]

@_quagga I would love to, thank you for the offer! Right now I'm also not in Karlsruhe and not often there anymore. But either way, I would be verry happy, to meet you in person.
Best,
Sebastian

@ExploreCosmos_ I don't see into anyones mind, but I think, the "bad blood" is more like wanting to have more scientific accuracy. It might be misleading for unfamiliar people and might seem as clickbait.
Many of us science nerds are slightly on the spectrum, ... just for theire defense. 🥴

@AJamesMcCarthy There are just too many favorites 😊🤩, but it has to be this one, since it combines my two favorite topics in photography (astro/ deepspace and wildlife):

[Sebastian @SebastianJaspr]

@prithm @erfmufn @AstroBackyard There are three, the third is: @AJamesMcCarthy

The future of spaceflight is in good hands!

@ThomasB03769830 @Trojan_jo @Policecamz Ok, here's what too many get wrong. The police should not be the force of the government, but always remain the protector of peace and protect the ones in need.
Qualified and intelligent people are always important, but even more so, when they wield power!
