@askparamount @chads680 I experience the same. Is not about a live agent. Is about poor quality and lack of basic testing in the Roku app. The app is simply broken, don’t send us to a live agent, forward this to the engineering team

@askparamount Did you rad my post? Is not about commercial length. Please read again. Is is not clear, every time y press skip recap, skip intro or fast forward, the video goes back to the beginning of the show and plays the ads again. Just go and test on a Roku trying to watch Survivor

@paramountplus your Roku app is unusable. If I skip the intro or the recap it goes back to the initial ads every time. Same is I fast forward. Can’t watch shows there unless watch the whole thing unstop. Please fix it
